We are thrilled to announce that two of our rockstar employees, Rob Miller of Vidrio (Raleigh, NC) and Ryan Chase of Oceanic at The Cove Waterfront Restaurant + Tiki Bar (Deerfield Beach, FL), have been honored with LM Restaurants’ Above and Beyond Award for their remarkable dedication and leadership!
Rob’s commitment was recently demonstrated when he stepped up to help at one of our coastal restaurants, spending over a month on-site providing essential guidance and support. His presence was critical in helping operations succeed. Though, Rob’s impact didn’t stop there—he has proven his dedication time and time again by lending a helping hand at different locations, including helping the team on his days off!
Ryan spent nearly a month at Oceanic Wrightsville and Bluewater Grill, working closely with teams to share his expertise and provide essential guidance during a period of growth and transition. Ryan collaborated extensively with newly promoted Executive Chef Vic and the Oceanic Wrightsville team, leaving a lasting impact with his hands-on leadership and support. His time spent at Bluewater Grill was equally appreciated, as he offered insights that strengthened operations.
