This year, Carolina Ale House was invited to the exclusive National Buffalo Wing Festival, in Buffalo, NY. It was a new adventure for the team, but they absolutely showed up ready for the challenge!
We are PROUD to share, the Carolina Ale House team has achieved a victory by winning the People’s Choice Award at the 2024 National Buffalo Wing Festival!
This is particularly special as it marks the first year this award has been presented at the festival, making Carolina Ale House the inaugural recipient. ALE YEAH!!!
The winning wings were crafted by our talented Chefs: Katsuji Tanabe, known for his innovative fusion of Japanese and Mexican flavors, and Luke Scott, longtime Regional Chef Manager for Carolina Ale House, known for his excellent southern cuisines.
The unique sauce struck a chord with festival-goers, who repeatedly told our team that the wings delivered the most flavor and punch at the festival. “Winning People’s Choice means more to us,” said Chef Katsuji Tanabe. “We wanted to create something that not only represented the Carolina Ale House’s commitment to fresh, real ingredients but also bold, creative flavors. Hearing that people loved the wings so much is incredibly rewarding.”
