Meet the first 4 tenants of our retail incubator, the Pop-Up Shops at Martin Street.
The Pop-Up Shops is a program LM Restaurants partners with local neighbors, Lenovo, Wake Tech Community College, and DRA (Downtown Raleigh Alliance) to support local entrepreneurs. We help them the opportunity to test their business concepts and gain exposure, while helping add vitality and diversity to the downtown Raleigh area.
The Pop-Up Shops at Martin Street are open to temporary retail tenants looking to share an affordable retail space with other up-and-coming retailers.
