As we know, industries and especially the restaurant industry has been facing some tough years, according to the Triangle Business Journal, “the demand for good food, interesting concepts and exciting dining experiences persisted in the Triangle, creating opportunities for talented chefs and restaurateurs.”
“Highly trained chefs migrated to the region seeking to capitalize on the region’s rising food scene. Others with roots in the area opened new restaurants or refreshed the menus at longtime favorites.”
LM Restaurants very own, Katsuji Tanabe made the top Triangle chefs list for 2022:
- Katsuji Tanabe: “Chef Tanabe and LM Restaurants are behind A’Verde Cocina and Tequila Library in Cary. The restaurant opened this year in the Crossroads Plaza area. Guests can expect to see menu items influenced by Tanabe’s Mexican and Japanese ethnic backgrounds.”
