You Will Be Successful

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and optimize essential systems and tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft 365, networking, and helpdesk functions, as well as the ability to build and manage a cybersecurity program tailored to our organizational needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of corporate and facility IT environments, including monitoring and resolving helpdesk requests.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) to ensure productivity and data security.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity program with policies, procedures, and protocols for protecting organizational data.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments, monitor system security, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various technology systems, including network and telecom equipment.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers).
  • Support and maintain basic networking infrastructure (routers, switches, access points), and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Track and manage IT assets, ensuring proper inventory across corporate and managed locations.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, and support teams to document technical and security requirements.
  • Assist with the deployment and maintenance of technology systems at corporate and remote facility sites.
  • Educate and train end-users on cybersecurity best practices (e.g., phishing awareness, secure password management, data protection).

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in systems administration or a related technical support role
  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365, and networking environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage cybersecurity programs.
  • Proficiency in managing helpdesk functions and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management and system security protocols.
