LM Restaurants and the Moshakos family have an unwavering commitment to supporting educational opportunities for our restaurant family. Joy & Loy Moshakos created the LM Family Foundation Scholarships to support deserving, motivated students who are LMR team members to pursue their goals and dreams. These scholarships award two annul grants for $2,500 each to our team members in honor of their aspirations.
Our winners for the 2023 LM Family Foundation Scholarships are: Marshall Weber & Madison Ligh.
Marshall attends Wake Technical Community College and has been a valuable team member at Carolina Ale House Cary. He has also been awarded the Caroline Ale House “VIP Spotlight” – a feature that LM Restaurants shares with our entire multi-state family. Marshall is pursuing a degree in Meteorology with the assistance of an essay helper and plans to graduate next fall with his associates. We cannot be prouder of his accomplishments and drive.
Our second scholarship recipient today for the LM Restaurant Family Foundation Scholarship is Madison Ligh. Madison hails from the Carolina Ale House family. Ale Yeah! She attends NC State University and is a staff writer for the NCSU Technician, a student led newspaper. Madison plans to graduate in the Fall of this year and we are so excited for her.
