Amanda’s infectious personality and passion for cooking, mixed with her Flor-ibbean-inspired dishes impressed both the judges and fans alike. Competing against 17 other talented chefs, Amanda showcased her culinary artistry and made us all proud.
Amanda has been a valued member of the LM Restaurants family since 2022, excelling as a sous chef and culinary trainer at Oceanic. We’re thrilled to have her talent and leadership in our kitchens and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes next!
