General Managers are the heart of LM Restaurants, leading their teams with passion, dedication, and a commitment to hospitality. That’s why each year we take time to celebrate them by hosting our GM Conference—this year being our best yet!
Held at the Embassy Suites on the Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk (NC), this year’s conference embraced the Power of Unity.
Over five impactful days, our GMs:
✅ Gained insight from inspiring speakers, including John Miller (QBQ) and Boo Corrigan (NC State Athletics).
✅ Participated in an open Town Hall discussion with company leaders and founders.
✅ Built a large fleet of bicycles benefiting children at the Boys & Girls Club of Brevard County, reinforcing our commitment to community.
✅ Honored top-performing GMs and their restaurants during our annual awards ceremony enjoyed with our Conference Sponsors.
✅ Connected over shared experiences and breaking bread together at Oceanic at the Crystal Pier and Bluewater Waterfront Grill in Wrightsville Beach, NC.
Through education, teamwork, and celebration, we strengthened the foundation of LM Restaurants and renewed our commitment to excellence.
