We’re thrilled to have LMR’s Training Manager, Ryan C from the Home Office Team, conducting Fierce Conversations Workshops for our internal teams! This program is specially designed to help our teams build stronger relationships, foster collaboration, and tackle challenges together through open communication.

Oceanic at the Crystal Pier in Wrightsville Beach, NC, were so kind to nourish the team while they were sharpening their ability to speak candidly, listen actively, and lead with intention; ultimately elevating the way we converse.
